[Orders] How can I track my order?
Sign in and open My Orders. Choose Track Order on the shipment, then Tracking History. The page shows the courier updates stored for that shipment.
[Returns] How do I return a product?
Sign in, open My Orders, and start the return on a delivered order that is still inside its return window. You can also read the returns policy before you submit the request.
[Returns] When will I get my refund?
After the return is accepted, the refund follows the payment you used. The status is shown on that return in My Orders. For a status check, email support@ierada.com or call 7065944288.
[Payments] What payment methods are available on IERADA?
Checkout offers Prepaid, Ierada Wallet, and cash on delivery when the product and pin code allow it. Under Prepaid you can pay with Razorpay or PayU. Wallet balance can be used with a prepaid payment, and it can cover the full order when the balance is enough.
[Orders] How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel from My Orders while the order is still placed, before it is shipped. After it moves past that status, cancellation from the account is closed. For a change after that, call 7065944288 or email support@ierada.com.
[Delivery] How long does delivery take?
The delivery estimate is shown on the product and again at checkout. After the order ships, Tracking History in My Orders shows the updates received for that shipment.
[Returns] What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?
Start a return from My Orders while the order is inside its return window and choose the reason for a damaged or wrong item. You can also email support@ierada.com with the order number and photos.
[Account] How can I update my delivery address?
Sign in and open My Addresses to add or edit a delivery address. An address change applies to the next order. For an order that is not shipped yet, call 7065944288 or email support@ierada.com.
[Account] Do I need to be 18+ to create an account?
You need to be 18 or older to create an IERADA account and place an order. Sign up from Login / Signup and verify the one-time code sent to your mobile number.

[Products] How do I check product details and availability?
Open the product page for the description, price, and available options. If an item is not as described, start a return from My Orders while it is inside the return window, or contact support with the order number.
[Offers] How do I use a coupon or offer?
Apply an eligible coupon at checkout. Offers that are already active on a product are reflected in the price shown on the product and in the cart.
